Step 2: Custom Proposal & Options
We'll present a tailored solution designed around how you live or work. Choose from our comprehensive all-in-one projects for complete home automation, or start with focused packages like Smart Lighting, Security Systems, or Environmental Monitoring. Each package includes the core Home Assistant system, so you're never starting from scratch. Best of all, packages are designed to grow with you—add security to your lighting system later at a reduced rate, since the core automation platform is already set up and in place.
Step 3: Review & Agreement
Take your time reviewing the proposal. We'll walk you through every detail, answer questions, and make adjustments until you're completely satisfied. There's no pressure—this is your home or business, and the decision is entirely yours.
Step 4: Secure Your Installation
Once you're happy to proceed, a 50% deposit secures your project and gets you on our schedule. We'll coordinate a convenient installation date that works around your commitments.
Step 5: Professional Installation
Our team arrives on schedule to install, configure, and integrate your system. We don't just plug things in—we commission every device, test every automation, and ensure everything works flawlessly before we leave.
Step 6: Training & Handover
Before we finish, we'll walk you through your new system. Learn how to control devices, trigger scenes, and understand what's happening behind the scenes. For those interested, we'll show you how to create your own automations—and we're always available if you want help later. We can schedule the training/walkthrough for the next day.
Step 7: Ongoing Support
For all-in-one project customers, enjoy five years of complimentary maintenance and support. If something stops working, we'll fix it at no charge. For individual packages, your devices are covered by their manufacturer warranties, which we'll help you navigate if needed. Either way, we're here to assist with questions, expansions, or new automation ideas whenever you need us.
